Premier Property Solutions (SE) Ltd was founded in Dartford in 1996 with a simple mission: to provide property owners with a reliable, skilled, and honest maintenance service they could truly depend on. In an industry known for unreliable tradespeople and opaque pricing, we set out to be different.
Over the past 28 years, we have grown from a small local maintenance company into one of Kent and South East London's most trusted property services providers. We work with private landlords managing single properties right through to large letting agents and housing associations with portfolios of hundreds of units.
Our base remains in Dartford — at The Hill Hub on Highfield Road — but our teams cover a wide area from Gravesend and Swanscombe in the east to Wandsworth and Lambeth in London. Whatever your property needs, we have the skills, experience, and commitment to deliver.
